ABOUT US

The APSA Nepal is a vital extension of the broader Asia Pacific Security Association (APSA), committed to advancing security, safety, and risk management within Nepal and the surrounding South Asian region. APSA Nepal plays an integral role in addressing collaboration between government bodies, law enforcement agencies, security professionals, and the private sector. APSA Nepal creates a unified approach to strengthening national and regional security frameworks.

The chapter focuses on promoting the adaption of best practices in safety and security management, offering a platform for knowledge exchange and capacity building through conferences, workshops, and specialized training programs. These initiatives are designed to help professionals stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in fire safety, emergency response, and security system innovations

APSA works closely with the Government and Chambers of Commerce to ensure that the views and concerns of its members are taken into account in the drawing up of standards and legislation, and in their subsequent amendments and clarification. APSA represents Professionals, Companies and Organizations involved in consulting and providing security products and services pertaining to all sectors of the protection industry.

Each year, the appointed chapter would host the APSA International Conference and Annual General Meeting. Thailand Chapter ,as the founder chapter , hosted the first International Conference at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in 1994. Since then, each country took turn to host the conference as follows
